Food and Drink North East are delighted to be partnering with RTC North and Durham County Council to deliver a programme for food, drink and hospitality providers in County Durham that will focus on improving productivity.
Delivered as part of the wider ranging Durham Business Growth scheme, the fully funded programme will combine a face-to-face workshop with a few hours of tailored 1:1 mentoring from our team of experts, who have a track record of improving performance across all areas of business.
As pressure mounts on businesses to control their operational costs, and maintain a margin, this programme will aim to provide insight into how to look at your business and identify and change processes to improve performance and productivity, which can have a direct impact on profitability.
⭐ We are looking for 25 County Durham-based food, drink and hospitality businesses to attend a workshop in early March (date and venue TBC), who will benefit from industry expertise, and hands-on, tangible advice on how to measure and improve productivity within their business.
The programme will be complete by June 2024, and will be light touch in terms of time commitment but equip delegates to continually measure and improve their business performance on an ongoing basis.
This programme is being developed and delivered for Durham County Council by FADNE, in conjunction with partners RTC North, Business Durham and UMi.
