Funding and Business Support Opportunities
for Food and Drink Businesses in the North East
Specifically designed for the North East food and drink sector, this tailor-made course by Food and Drink North East featured six weekly workshops that gave businesses the confidence to plan ahead for the future.
I had found myself at a critical point with my business, running it from home, needing to expand but feeling daunted by the financial and logistical hurdles. The Speaking From Experience course gave me the confidence to tackle those issues head-on, with the reassurance that so many small businesses before me have managed it and succeeded.
I am happy to say that since I completed the course I have written a full business plan, made financial projections, and managed to secure finance to develop my business. I am hopefully about to secure a premise to expand the production, and feel really excited about the future. Thank you FADNE for your brilliant insights.
The Speaking From Experience series proved invaluable to our business. It was engaging and had real depth and breadth. I found myself inspired to action after every workshop, and I feel so much better equipped to ask the right questions of myself, my colleagues and my employees.
Our business was already in a good place, but even in the short time since the sessions it now feels like the business sits on a more solid and thoughtful foundation.
